摘要
在钛合金加工过程中,需要采用计算机程控智能控制方法,提高加工过程的可靠度和精确度。提出一种基于局部欠采样的钛合金加工计算机控制算法,基于局部欠采样定理,对控制误差输出进行二乘拟合,降低控制误差,进行控制算法改进设计,基于MVB总线控制器实现计算机控制硬件模块设计。仿真结果表明,该控制器性能较好,错误率较低。
In the process of titanium alloy processing, computer programmed intelligent control method is needed to improve the reliability and precision of the machining process. The improved design of control algorithm, and based on MVB bus controller to realize computer control hardware module design. The simulation results show that the controller has better performance and lower error rate.
