摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学模式在眼科教学中的意义。方法选择眼科临床实习的医学生60例为研究对象,其中2014年的30名学生编入A组并采用传统方法进行带教,2015年的30名学生编入B组并采用情景模拟教学法带教,观察比较两组学生教学的应用效果。结果 B组学生考试成绩优良率高于A组,考试时不紧张人数B组多于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法在眼科教学中的实施,能有效减轻学生紧张心理,提高考试成绩,说明该方法有利于学生对所教知识更好地掌握。
Objective To discuss the effect of scenario simulation in ophthalmic teaching. Methods 60 medical students during clinical practice in ophthalmic were chosen as study object. 30 students in 2014 were A group, they were taught by traditional method. 30 students in 2015 were B group, they were taught by scenario simulation. The effects in two group were observed. Results The rate of good exam results in B group was better than A group's, the number of no tension in B group was more than A group's, all the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation in ophthalmic teaching could dispel nervous moods of students and improve the exam results which means it is helpful for students to control the knowledge better.
