摘要
目的探讨后侧入路手术治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床效果。方法对医院2013年1月~2014年7月诊治的41例胫骨平台后柱骨折患者实施后侧入路手术治疗,评估其治疗效果。结果本组患者术后1年的胫骨平台内翻角、内侧平台后倾角和外侧平台后倾角明显改善（P〈0.05）,膝关节功能优良率为90.2%。结论后侧入路手术应用于胫骨平台后柱骨折治疗中的效果确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect after surgical treatment of posterior column tibial plateau fractures. Methods Diagnosis and treatment of patients with fracture 41 cases of tibial plateau column embodiment posterior approach surgical treatment from January 2013 to July 2014 in the hospital, evaluate its therapeutic effect. Results This group of patients within 1 year after tibial plateau varus angle, after the medial plateau and the lateral plateau inclination angle improved significantly（P〈0.05）, good knee function rate of 90.2%. Conclusion Posterior approach surgery for post-column tibial plateau fractures of the exact effect.
