摘要
结合研究文献,分析了合芜蚌自主创新试验区科技创新资源,构建了科技创新绩效评估指标,并通过灰色关联和主成分分析了试验区的科技创新绩效存在的差异性和非均衡性,应加大人力资源投入力度,优化科技经费投入效益,加强科技创新协同性发展,完善科技创新评估机制,进一步提升科技创新绩效。
Via literature research,the paper analyzed technological innovation resources of HeWuBeng independent innovation pilot area,to build technology innovation performance evaluation index.Through the grey relational analysis and principal component analysis,the paper analyzed science and technology innovation performance differences and disequilibrium of pilot area.It is proposed to increase human resource investment,optimize the benefit of investment in science and technology funds,strengthen the collaborative development of the science and technology innovation and improve scientific and technological innovation evaluation mechanism,to further enhance the scientific and technological innovation performance.
