摘要
目的探讨优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2014年3月至2015年3月102例在我院接受微波治疗的宫颈糜烂患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予优质护理,并比较两组患者临床效果及心理功能、社会功能和躯体功能评分情况。结果研究组患者显效29例,有效21例,无效1例,总有效率为98.0%,对照组患者显效26例,有效18例,无效7例,总有效率为86.3%,两组患者总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且研究组患者术后两个月心理功能、躯体功能以及社会功能等生活质量评分均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务不仅能有效提高宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗的临床效果,还能显著改善患者预后生活质量。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of patients with cervical erosion. Methods 102 cases of patients with cervical erosion admitted in our hospital for microwave treatment from March 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study,in accordance with the random number table,they were divided into a study group and a control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,patients in the study group received high quality nursing care on the basis of nursing care for the control group,clinical effects and scores of psychological function,social function and physical function of the two groups were compared. Results There were 29 cases with marked effect,21 cases effective and 1 case ineffective in the study group,the total effective rate was 98. 0%. There were 26 cases with marked effect,18 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective in the control group,the total effective rate was 86. 3%. The difference of the total effective rates between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The life quality score of psychological function,physical function,social function two months after operation in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusions High quality nursing service can not only improve the clinical effect of microwave treatment for cervical erosion patient,but also can improve prognosis and life quality of the patients.
