摘要
目的:探讨全国名老中医对冠心病的证治用药规律。方法:收集全国名老中医治疗冠心病的医案,基于中医传承辅助系统软件,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,确定医案中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,分析全国名老中医治疗冠心病的辨证和用药规律。结果:对筛选出的100个医案进行分析,确定医案中各证候出现频次、药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,并挖掘出23个核心组合和7首新方。结论:全国名老中医治疗冠心病经验丰富并有规律可循,辨证用药上多用活血化瘀、益气养阴之品,应用灵活,配伍严谨。
Objective： To discuss the syndrome and treatment rule on coronary heart disease（CHD） by nationally famous senior physicians. Methods： The nationally famous senior physicians＇ medical records treating CHD were collected, the frequency of drug usage and the association rules between medicines were determined to analyze the syndrome and treatment rule on CHD, by means of data mining methods, such as apriori algoritlma, complex system entropy cluster. Results： One hundred nationally famous senior physicians＇ medical records were screened out and analyzed, the frequency of each syndrome, drug usage and the association rules were determined, and 23 kinds of core combination and 7 new prescriptions were found out. Conclusion： The nationally famous senior physicians have much experience on treating CHD by rules, and the medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, tonifying qi and yin were used more in the syndrome differentiation and medication with flexible application and strict compatibility.
