摘要
对配电网运行效率的评价有利于把握电网运营现状、提高决策水平、引导投资方向。针对目前对配电网运行效率评价存在的一些问题,首先对影响配电网运行效率的因素进行了分析,并提出基于负荷持续曲线的设备运行效率评价模型,该模型综合考虑电网安全性和设备运行经济性,提出了最大可输送负荷、基于安全运行限值的平均负载率、安全风险惩罚因子等全新指标;分析了负荷持续曲线形状对安全风险惩罚因子的影响;在设备运行效率基础上提出系统运行效率和系统协调度的计算方法,以反映配电网整体运行效率及各层级设备运行效率之间的协调程度。算例分析结果验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
Operation efficiency evaluation of distribution network is beneficial to understand grid operation status, improve decision-making and guide investment orientation. Aiming at existing problems of current operation efficiency evaluation of distribution network, this paper presents a method of equipment efficiency rating based on load duration curve and analysis of factors affecting operation efficiency evaluation. The model considers power grid security and equipment economic operation, and proposes new indices including maximum transportable load, average load factor based on safe operation, and security risk penalty factor. This paper also analyzes influence of load duration curve shape on security risk penalty factor. Calculation methods of system efficiency and coordination degree are put forward based on general equipment efficiency to reflect overall operation efficiency of distribution network and operation coordination among different equipment levels. Feasibility and validity of the model are verified with simulation results.
