摘要
为了有效解决污水换热器结垢问题,针对现有除垢技术存在的缺陷,提出了适用于污水换热器除垢的双旋转滤网胶球回收过滤工艺及其除垢系统,介绍了该工艺的结构和原理,并理论分析了其除垢能力。得出胶球对壁面作用力可去除壁面软垢,经济效益明显的结论,证实了该工艺对污水换热器除垢具有可行性。
In order to solve the fouling problem of sewage heat exchanger effectively,aiming at the limitations of existing fouling removing technology,a kind of rubber ball recovery filtration process with double rotating filter and fouling removing system is presented. The fouling removing technology＇s principle and configuration has been introduced and the technical feasibility has been analyzed. Through the calculation of stress between the rubber ball and fouling,and the analysis of economy efficiency,the feasible fouling removing craft has been put forward.
