建筑施工企业作为施工方主体,在复杂的市场竞争中,面临来自各方面的生存考验,文章从企业如何识别风险,如何客观、科学地进行风险评估;企业如何建立防控措施以及对该措施的评价三方面入手,系统地介绍了建筑施工企业要积极应对风险、规避风险所采取的办法。
In the complex competition,as the main body of the construction side,construction enterprises are faced with the survival test from all sides,from the enterprise how to identify risks,how to conduct the risk assessment of objectively and scientifically,how to establish the prevention measures and the evaluation and so on,this paper systematically introduces the construction enterprises should actively cope with risks,avoiding risk taken by the way.
