集束化护理对先兆流产45例生活质量的影响被引量：7

摘要目的:探讨集束化护理对先兆流产患者生活质量和心理状态产生的影响。方法:随机选取我院90例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,根据患者住院尾号的奇偶数将其平均分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予集束化护理。结果:实验组患者的PF、RP、GH、BP、SF、VT、RE以及MH等指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者的抑郁、躯体化及焦虑等评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:先兆流产患者应用集束化护理,能够显著提高患者生活质量,改善心理状态,值得广泛推广。
