弘扬黄志强院士的科学精神，依托循证医学方法、数字外科技术、分子影像学技术、微创外科技术、基因组学和蛋白质组学技术、健康大数据分析等现代科技，充分发挥精准外科的循证化、定量化、可视化、可控化的特点，开创我国胆道外科的新时代。
With inheritance of scientific spirit of Huang Zhiqiang, depending on the modern science and technology of evidence- based medicine methods, digital surgical technique, molecular imaging technique, minimally invasive technology, genomics and proteomics technology and Big Data analytics, giving full play to the characteristics of precision surgery, which include evidence-base, quantification, visualization and control- lability, a new era of biliary surgery in China is inaugurated.
