摘要
针对拖拉机功率不断上延的发展趋势,与之配套的耕地机具几乎全被国外企业占据,为适应市场需求,设计研制1LFT—550型调幅式液压翻转栅条犁。该机具的犁体为栅条式结构,翻垡顺畅、易脱土、阻力小。加装有小附犁,覆盖效果好。设有快速挂接装置,可单人完成机具挂接。试验结果表明,该机具与拖拉机配套性好,作业质量符合农艺要求。机具结构新颖,设计合理,为128～161kW的大型拖拉机提供配套耕地机具。
According to the development trend of the tractor power continuously extended,tillage equipment and supporting almost accounted for all foreign enterprises.In order to meet the market demand,it was designed on 1LFT—550amplitude type hydraulic turnover bar plough.The plough is the grid type structure,smooth,easy to turn off the soil,small resistance.With a small attached plough,it has good covering effect.It has a quick hitch device,a single complete equipment hanging.The test results show that the machine and tractor is good,work quality meets the agronomic requirements.The plough has the advantages of novel structure,reasonable design,provides a set of tools for farmland large tractor 128~161kW.
