摘要
目的探讨和分析妇科恶性肿瘤医源性扩散的原因和措施。方法选取于2009年10月—2015年10月在该院就诊的妇科恶性肿瘤患者共120例,其中,有7例患者出现医源性扩散,分析其原因,并提出预防措施。结果医源性扩散的患者大都在诊断、治疗过程中出现。结论在诊治妇科恶性肿瘤过程中可能会导致患者体内的癌细胞扩散,影响治疗效果。因此,只有从源头做好诊治工作,才能降低妇科恶性肿瘤出现医源性扩散的机率。
Objective To discuss and analyze the cause and measure of Iatrogenic spread of gynecologic malignant tumors.Methods 120 cases of patients with gynecologic malignant tumors treated in our hospital from October 2009 to October2015 were selected, Iatrogenic spread occurred to 7 cases, the causes were analyzed and the prevention measures were put forward. Results Latrogenic spread mostly occurred to patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Cancer cell spread in the patient＇s body may occur in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic malignant tumors, which can influence the treatment effect, therefore, only by doing a good job in the diagnosis and treatment from the source can we reduce the probability of the occurrence of Iatrogenic spread of gynecologic malignant tumors.
