摘要
目的对比前列腺电切术与经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年8月—2014年7月良性前列腺增生症患者50例。其中观察组(25例)采取经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术,对照组(25例)采取列腺电切术。根据两组患者术后血红蛋白下降量、切除组织重量、尿管留置时间、住院时间等指标及各种并发症情况,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后,观察组的血红蛋白下降量比对照组低,尿管留置时间及住院时间均短于对照组,观察组患者中4例患者有不同并发症产生,对照组为14例,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对良性前列腺增生患者,经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术,其效果优于前列腺电切术,都将有利于患者早日康复,是治疗该病的有效治疗方法。
Objective To compare the treatment effect of transurethral resection of prostate and transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate. Methods 50 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the observation group were treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, the control group were treated with transurethral resection of prostate, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared according to the indexes such as postoperative hemoglobin slippage, removed tissue weight, urinary catheter indwelling time and length of stay and various complications. Results After operation, the hemoglobin slippage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the urinary catheter indwelling time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, different complications occurred to 4 cases in the observation group and 14 cases in the control group, and the result had an obvious difference with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is better than that of the transurethral resection of prostate, and both of them are conducive to the early recovery of the patients and are the effective treatment methods of this disease.
