摘要
本文在调研医院医疗纠纷事件处理过程的基础上,查询相关的文献资料,结合计算机网络和计算机软件技术开发了一套医疗纠纷信息管理系统。该系统通过医院信息集成平台与医院各相关信息系统进行数据交互,简化了院内医疗事故处理流程,有效提高了管理工作效率,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper made an investigation and research on resolution of the hospital medical disputes, and inquired about related literatures, on the basis of which a set of medical dispute management information system was developed in combination with computer network and software technologies. With the integration of the system with multiple hospital information system for data interaction, it simplified the procedure for hospital medical dispute resolutions and effectively promoted the efficiency of management work, which had wide development prospects.
