摘要
目的评价中医护理方案应用于喘证的临床效果。方法选取152例在我院接受护理的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为临床研究对象,将2012年8月—2013年12月收治的76例病例作为对照组,行常规护理,2014年1月—2015年6月收治的76例病例为治疗组,行中医护理,比较2组护理效果。结果治疗组症状明显改善,CAT评分显著降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组护理总有效率98.7%,对照组总有效率80.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理方案能够有效缓解喘证患者临床症状,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To observe analysis scheme is applied to the effect of asthma for TCM nursing and comment. Methods Select 152 cases receiving care in our hospital with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients（ COPD） as a clinical research object,will be August 2012—December 2013 76 cases as control group routine nursing care,in January 2014—June 2015 treated 76 cases of the team line of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,compare two groups nursing effect. Results The team symptoms improved significantly,C A T score significantly reduced,compared with the control group was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Team nursing total effective98. 7%,control group total rate was 80. 3%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM nursing scheme is applied to the clinical effect of asthma for the better,can effectively alleviate the patient＇s clinical symptoms,reduce the patients pain.
