摘要
硬质颗粒增强镍基合金复合镀层具有优良的耐磨性、耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性,在工程领域中的应用日趋广泛。叙述了氧化物、碳化物、氮化物及金刚石颗粒等各类硬质颗粒增强镍基合金复合镀层的研究进展,指出了硬质颗粒增强镍基合金复合镀层需进一步解决的问题,并展望了其研究方向。
Ni-based alloy composite coatings reinforced with hard particles have many advantages,such as perfect wear resistance,good anti-high-temperature oxidation performance and anti- corrosion property. They are widely used in engineering applications.This paper introduces the research progress of Ni-based composite coatings reinforced with varidus particles: oxide,carbide,nitride and diamond,points out the problems to be solved in reinforcing Ni- based composite coatings with the particles in the future and looks ahead for its research direction.
