摘要
设计出应用于复合材料领域的单面缝合机构,该缝合机构基于双凸轮机构进行设计,根据机构要求选择滚子直动从动件合适的运动规律、确定凸轮的基本参数,在MATLAB中生成凸轮轮廓曲线;凸轮机构采用分体式设计,以便于加工和更换;由引线机构和钩挑机构的运动关系确定两凸轮机构安装的相位差;最后,在Pro/E中进行三维建模并进行运动仿真,验证机构设计的合理性。
In this article, a novel design of single-side stitching mechanism for composites field is proposed, the stitching mechanism designing is based on double cam mechanism. The fundamental parameters of the cam and the appropriate motion law of translation roller follower have been determined according to the requirements of the mechanism, the contour curve of cam has been generated in MATLAB. In order to facilitate the processing and replacement, the divided design has been adopt-ed for cam mechanism. The phase difference for installation has been achieved by the motion relationship between lead wire mechanism and hook-pick mechanism. Finally, Pro/E verified the rationality of the mechanism design through 3D modeling and motion simulation.
