太阳能蓄热型热泵在玫瑰花联产中的节能特性

摘要 玫瑰花生产过程能源消耗巨大,现阶段国内其生产过程单一,没有将资源进行有效整合,针对玫瑰花生产加工过程提出新型能源利用方式,以太阳能集热蓄热系统与热泵系统联合为主,电加热为辅的方式,一方面利用所得热风干燥玫瑰花,另一方面利用太阳能加热锅炉提供热水生产玫瑰精油,有效地减少玫瑰花加工生产过程的能源消耗。采用相变蓄热材料对太阳能加以保存,能有效缓解过渡季节太阳能资源不足、日照时间不稳定等缺点。除此以外对干燥产生的冷凝水回收利用,大大减少了用水量。实验结果表明:4 h烘干175 kg鲜花,鲜花与干花质量比3.5∶1,300 kg鲜花进入反应釜提炼精油,太阳能热泵系统、单级热泵、电加热这3种生产方式耗电量之比为1∶2.6∶3.6。 The energy consumption of rose production process was very huge. Owing to single process of the domestic production and no resources for effective integration,the new energy utilization is proposed for the rose production and processing process,solar heat collection and heat storage system and heat pump system as the main,electric heating for the auxiliary. On one hand,the hot-air drying rose of income and other aspects of the use of solar heating boiler to provide hot water production raised essential oil,effectively reduce energy consumption rose production process. The solar energy was stored in the way of energy storage,which can effectively alleviate the shortage of solar energy resources in the transition season and the instability of sunshine time. In addition,the drying of the condensed water recycling,the amount of water greatly reduced. Experiment result showed that the 175 kg flowers dried for 4 h Quality ratio of fresh flowers and dried flowers 3. 5∶1 and 300 kg flowers put into reaction kettle for extracting essential oil,the power consumption ratio of three kinds production mode( solar energy heat pump system,single-stage pump,electric heating) is 1∶2. 6∶3. 6.
