摘要
基于新经济地理学观点,以FDI、产业集聚与技术创新的相互作用机制为理论基础,选用我国1997-2013年31个省市的相关数据,构建空间面板Durbin模型,实证检验了FDI和产业集聚对我国技术创新的影响,结果发现:技术创新存在显著地空间集聚性;FDI具有显著地正向空间溢出效应,并且其强度大于直接效应强度;产业集聚具有正向空间溢出效应,但不显著;FDI和产业集聚的交互作用具有显著地正向空间溢出效应。根据研究结果,为提高我国的省域技术创新水平,对于我国技术创新的空间布局和区域创新发展战略提出了相应的政策建议。
Abstract: Based on new economic geographies and the interaction mechanism of FDI, industry agglomeration and tech-nological innovation, we have tested the influence of FDI and industry agglomeration on China's technological innovation via spatial panel Durbin model with Chinese provincial panel data set of yearly observations covering from 1997 to 2013. The results show that China's technological innovation has significant spatial clustering; FDI has a significant positive spillover effect, and its strength is greater than the direct effect strength; industrial agglomeration has a positive spillover effect, but it is not significant; the interaction of FDl and industrial agglomeration have significant positive spatial spillover effect. Ac-cording to the results, we put forward some suggestions for the spatial layout of technical innovation and the development of regional innovation.
