摘要
卵黄抗体是一种多克隆抗体,由禽类经特异性抗原刺激后通过B淋巴细胞产生并运行至卵黄中所形成,具有强大的免疫功能。对卵黄抗体的结构特点、理化性质、作用机理及其在各类动物疾病治疗预防方面的应用进行了综述,并指出了目前存在的问题。
Egg yolk antibody is a kind of polyclonalantibody by specific antigen stimulation of poultry, which is produced by B lymphocyte and migrated to the yolk of polyelonal antibody, with a strong immune function. In this research, we reviewed the application of structural charac- teristics, physicochemical property and action mechanism of egg yolk antibody in prevention treatment of animal disease. The existing problems were pointed at present.
