摘要
提出一种适用于卫星电源系统的主从式架构锂电池均衡管理单元(CEMU),由主控模块、均衡模块和旁路模块等模块构成。旁路模块可进行选择性配置,主控模块负责均衡和旁路控制,而均衡模块采用基于双向DC/AC变换器的主动均衡,可在实现低损耗、动态均衡的同时完成高精度单体电池电压采样。这里设计了一款四节电池串联电池组CEMU,实验表明串联单体电压可实现高效快速均衡,均衡精度优于15 mV,单体电压采样精度优于5 mV。
A master-slave architecture cell equalization management unit(CEMU) is presented suitable for Lithium ion batteries of satellite power sub-systems, which is composed by three different functional modules.The bypass module is an option ,while the main-control module is responsible for the control of cell equalizing and bypass.The cell equalizing module is designed based on the double-directional DC/AC converter, which can used to equalize cell voltage with low power loss and to complete high-accuracy cell voltage sampling.A CEMU is implemented for a Lithium ion batteries with four cells in series.The experimental results demonstrate that the cell equalization process is fast and efficient, the cell equalization accuracy is better than 15 mV.Meanwhile, the sampling accuracy is within 5 mV.
