摘要
目的探讨手指皮肤脱套再植治疗的临床疗效。方法自2013年1月至2015g9月，对收治的17例具有再植条件的手指皮肤脱套伤患者，根据患者伤指隋况选取再植手术方案，术后随访3—12个月，观察其临床效果。结果18指再植指体中存活17指，再植存活率94．4％；患者对再植指体术后外观及功能满意，两点辨别觉6—10mm；据中华医学会手外科学会断指再植评定试用标准评定优良率为88．9％。结论对于脱套指体软组织完整、挫伤不重患者行再植手术治疗，临床疗效可靠，值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of replantation of finger skin avulsion injury. Methods Eighteen patients with finger skin avulsion injury were chosen from January 2013 to September 2015 in our hospital. Replantation treatments were performed according to the condition the patients＇ finger skin avulsion injuries. Postoperative follow-up was carried out for 3 to 12 months; and the clinical effects were also observed. Results Of 18 replanted fingers, 17 survived, with a survival rate of 94.4%. All were satisfied with contour and function. The two-point discriminations were 6 to 10 mm. This survival rate is tremendously successful, since the probational standard for amputated finger replantation set by the Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association rates an 88.9% survival rate as ＂excellent＂. Conclusion For avulsion injury pa- tients with intact soft tissue, in patients without heavy contusion patients, replantation treatment is possible with reliable clinical effects. It is worth applying widely.
