泌尿科患者多重耐药菌感染情况分析被引量：9

摘要目的探讨泌尿科患者多重耐药菌感染菌株分布情况以及耐药趋势。方法采用VITEK-2Compact型全自动微生物分析仪对我院泌尿科患者682例送检的中段尿分离培养检测,并做药敏试验。结果共检出病原菌215株,阳性分离率31.52%,其中革兰氏阳性菌检出率16.74%,病原菌以肠球菌为主;革兰氏阴性菌检出率72.56%,大肠埃希菌为主;真菌类检出率为10.70%;结论泌尿科患者多以革兰氏阴性菌居多,以大肠艾希菌为最,细菌对常用抗菌药物耐药性较高。
