插层剂对高岭土插层改性的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 高岭土作为一种重要的非金属矿产,不仅层间连接紧密,而且分散度低,将极性分子插层到高岭土层间,可以增大其层间距,因此通过插层改性来改变高岭土层间环境一直是高岭土改性的研究热点。研究高岭土插层改性不仅有重要的科学意义,同时也可以对高岭土的应用提供理论指导。综述了近年来插层剂对高岭土插层改性的最新研究进展,介绍了几种高岭土插层改性方法,具体而言,主要包括蒸发溶剂、机械力化学、液相、微波辐射、超声波以及新型等,并分析了各种方法的特点及其应用,最后对未来插层剂对高岭土插层改性研究过程中需要重视的几个问题进行了简单展望。 Kaolin is one kind of non-metallic minerals. Because of the compact connection between kaolin layers and the low dispersity of kaolin materials, it can be obtained a larger layer spacing by intercalating polar molecules into kaolinite interlayers. Therefore it has been a research focus for intercalation between the clay layers changing the interlayer environment. The research on intercalated modification of kaolinite not only has an important scientific significance, but also can provides the theory guide of applications. This paper reviews the latest research progress of intercalation modified kaolin in recent years and introduces the method of modified kaolin such as liquid intercalation method, solvent evaporation method, mechanochemical intercalation, the new intercalated modification method, microwave radiation intercalated modification and ultrasonic intercalated modified method. The characteristics and applications of various methods are analyzed, and finally this paper provides an outlook of several problems in the process of research on intercalated modification of kaolinite in the future.
