摘要
糖尿病发病率居高不下,其慢性并发症给患者的健康带来严重危害,糖尿病眼病致盲率逐年攀升,尤其在经济不发达地区,对患者及社会造成了较大的经济负担.综述了近年糖尿病眼病的流行病学文献,分析目前防治现状及存在的问题,特别是云南地区的情况.
The incidence of diabetes is incredibly high, the blindness from diabetes is rising in recent years and the chronic complications are threatening diabetic patients especially for the poor. It is a great burden not only for the patients and their family, but also for the society. We reviewed the recent epidemiological data, analyzed the current situation of prevention and treatment of diabetic eye disease, especially in Yunnan Province.
