摘要
本文在相关调查的基础上对高校新入职教师的职业生涯规划现状及对策展开研究。研究结果表明:高校新入职教师的职业生涯规划现状并不乐观,仍然存在很多问题。基于存在的问题,提出若干有效的发展对策。希望本文的研究可以帮助高校更好地对新入职教师进行职业生涯规划指导。
Based on relevant studies, this paper researched the current situation and countermeasures of new college teachers＇ career planning. The research result showed that new college teachers＇ career planning is less impressive with many problems.Based on the existing problems, this paper put forward several effective countermeasures, hoping to help colleges better guide new teachers＇ career planning.
