延长油田双河东区井口加药现场试验 被引量:1

Field Investigation of Wellhead Dosing in Shuanghe East Block of Yanchang Oilfield

摘要 为了解决双河东区部分单井集油管道冬季频繁出现的井口回压高、凝管堵塞等问题,进行原油基本物性测试以及清蜡剂筛选评价,并开展降凝剂筛选和加剂效果评价室内试验,给出了最优加药量和热处理温度等参数。同时,针对双河东区油井特点,设计了井口自动点滴加药装置,并选择某油井进行现场试验,采用从套管口连续点滴加药方式添加清蜡剂,7 d后,井口回压从1.6 MPa下降至1.2 MPa,过了4 d给油井投加降凝剂,7 d后井口回压从1.2 MPa下降至0.9 MPa。经现场试验验证,井口轮换添加清蜡剂和降凝剂的方式可有效解决集油管道冬季冻堵问题。 In order to solve the problems such as high backpressure and coagulation blockage frequently occuring in partial wellheads in Shuanghe East Block of Yanchang Oilfield in winter,the basic physical properties of the crude oil are tested,the crude oil pour-point depressants and paraffin removal agents are selected and evaluated,the optimal dose and heat treatment temperature are proposed.At the same time,the automatic wellhead drip dosing device is developed according to characteristics of the wells in Shuanghe East Block.One well is chosen for field investigation.The paraffin removal agent is injected from casing mouth in continuous dripping way.7 days later,the wellhead backpressure decreases from 1.6 MPa to 1.2 MPa.After 4 days,the oil pour-point depressant is injected into the casing.7 days later,the wellhead backpressure decreases from 1.2 MPa to 0.9 MPa.The field investigation verifies that alternatively adding pour-point depressants and paraffin removal agent into casing can effectively solve the problems of freezing and blockage in oil gathering pipeline in winter.
