摘要
明珠号FPSO生产污水流程不稳定,加气浮选器效率低,抗波动能力差,难以保证最终出水含油达标。对现有气浮设备进行微气泡旋流气浮选改造,制备出气泡粒径为5~10μm的溶气水。通过调试,当运行流量为110~120 m^3/h,运行压力为50~80 k Pa,溶气水注入流量为1#罐体1.3~1.8 m^3/h、2#罐体2.0~2.5 m^3/h、3#罐体2.0~2.5 m^3/h、4#罐体2.3~2.8 m^3/h,溶气水注入压力为400~500 k Pa,浮选剂投加质量浓度为30~40 mg/L,清水剂投加质量浓度为15~20 mg/L时,能够在入口油质量浓度<100 mg/L的条件下使出口油质量浓度<30 mg/L;当入口油质量浓度>100mg/L时,除油率>70%。
Since the technological process of FPSO industrial wastewater of Mingzhu is not stable,the efficiency of air-entrapping gas flotator is low,and the anti-fluctuation ability is weak,it’s difficult to ensure that the final effluent can reach the set standards. Through the micro-bubble swirling air flotation modification,the dissolved gas water whose bubble size is 5-10 μm can be prepared. By means of debugging,when the optimum operating parameters are as follows:operation flow rate is 110-120 m^3/h,operation pressure 50-80 k Pa,dissolved gas water injection flow rate at Tank 1#1.3-1.8 m^3/h,at Tank 2#2.0-2.5 m^3/h,at Tank 3#2.0-2.5 m^3/h,at Tank 4#2.3-2.8 m^3/h,injection pressure of dissolved gas waster 400-500 k Pa,flotation agent mass concentration added 30-40 mg/L,and water clarifier dosing mass concentration 15-20 mg/L,the oil mass concentration at the outlet is 〈30 mg/L,under the condition of oil mass concentration at the inlet 〈100 mg/L. The oil removing rate can be 〉70%,when the oil mass concentration at the inlet is〉100 mg/L.
