聚合物水泥基涂层钢筋与混凝土粘结滑移性能及有限元模拟 被引量:2

Experimental Test and Finite Element Simulation on Bond Slip Properties between Steel Bars Coated with Polymer Cement-based Coating and Concrete

摘要 在分析环氧涂层优缺点的基础上,提出采用聚合物水泥基涂层作为钢筋防护涂层;通过拉拔试验,研究了涂层光圆钢筋与混凝土的粘结滑移性能;应用ABAQUS软件在面-面接触中设置"COHESIVE BEHAVIOR"的方法实现涂层钢筋与混凝土的相对滑移,并将模拟结果与试验结果比较,发现二者特征点数据接近,表明应用该方法建立的有限元模型可以合理预测拉拔试验结果. Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of epoxy coating,a new method of application of polymer modified cement-based coating as reinforcement protective coating is proposed. The bond slip properties of coated plain steel bars and concrete are studied by means of the pull-out tests. By using contact surfaces with cohesive behavior in ABAQUS,the slip between coated plain bars and concrete can be simulated. The characteristic point data of numerical simulation is found to agree well with the experimental results,which indicating that this model can reasonably predict the results of pull-out tests.
