摘要
从工业污水及农业投入品滥用、政府对稻米加工及销售环节的监管力度不够、生产者文化素质低等方面分析了影响稻米安全的因素,并提出了加强稻米安全生产的建议,以供参考。
Factors influencing rice quality and safety were analyzed from the abuse of industrial wastewater and agricultural inputs, government supervision of rice processing and sales links was not enough ,cultural quality of producers were low ere, and the recommendations of strengthening the rice safety production were put forward, so as to provide references.
