急倾斜煤层机械化开采合理支护强度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据太平煤矿11^#煤层的地质条件,为保证液压支架能够满足工作面的支护要求,分别采用估算法、倍数岩重法和统计类比法计算急倾斜煤层液压支架的支护强度(分别为288,152,318 kPa)。应用数值模拟软件对太平煤矿11^#煤层急倾斜综采工作面支架支护合理强度进行模拟分析,给出了工作面顶板初次来压期间顶板下沉量与时间关系曲线及顶板下沉量与支护强度关系曲线,得出工作面支架的合理支护强度为0.4MPa。根据3种计算方法,并对照数值模拟结果选取最大值,将急倾斜煤层走向长壁液压支架的支护强度定为400 kPa。 According to geological conditions of No. 11 coal seam in Taiping Coal Mine,to ensure that hydraulic support could meet supporting requirements of working face,supporting intensity of hydraulic support was calculated by method of estimation,multiple rock weight method and statistical analogy method. The results were 288 k Pa,152 k Pa and 318 k Pa respectively. By numerical simulation software,reasonable supporting intensity of support of No. 11 coal seam in the mine was simulated and analyzed,relationship between roof subsidence displacement and time,the roof subsidence displacement and supporting intensity were given,and reasonable supporting intensity of the working face was 0. 4 MPa. Three calculation methods being compared with result of numerical simulation,maximum value was selected,and supporting intensity of hydraulic support of steeply inclined seem to long wall working face was set to 400 k Pa.
