摘要
针对教学和企业培训需求,开发了一套集电气、机械、气动、触摸屏、仿真、计算机通信技术于一体的自动仓储实验演示平台,平台以三菱和西门子PLC为控制核心,通过4自由度的机械手完成物料的自动存取。平台特点是可实现双系统联合控制、在线仿真和人工智能仓储。本文从平台的硬件设计、工作过程、上下位机编程等几方面介绍了平台的功能和构成,最后对实验平台的分步教学作了系统的说明。
According to the requirements of teaching and training,an automatic warehousing platform for experiment and demonstration is developed. The platform integrates electric,machinery,pneumatic,touch screen,simulation and computer communication technology. The platform applies Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC as control core,goods are fetched by robotic arm which has 4 degrees of freedom. The characters are dual-control,online simulation and artificial intelligent storage. The hardware design,working process and logical control process,as well as many other aspects are all introduced in the article. Finally teaching steps of the experiment platform are showed.
