一种阴离子型表面活性剂压裂液的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 制备出了一种VES-B阴离子压裂用表面活性剂,研究了稠化剂、无机盐反离子、无机碱用量等对压裂液性能的影响,较佳的压裂液配方为3%VES-BII+3%KCl+1.0%NaOH.参照《SY/T5107-2005水基压裂液性能评价方法》,利用流变仪、岩心驱替装置等仪器对压裂液体系进行了压裂液的粘度、悬砂性能、破胶性能、压裂液岩心伤害等评价实验.性能测试结果表明:阴离子型表面活性剂压裂液具有较好的抗剪切性能,耐温可达80℃及以上;破胶液无固相残渣、表观粘度低(5mPa·s以下)、岩心伤害率低于10.0%、利于压裂施工后返排. The anionic surfactant VES-B for fracturing fluid was prepared in this paper,and the effects of thickener,inorganic salt,inorganic base concentration on the properties of fracturing fluid were investigated.The proper formulation for fracturing fluid is 3% VES-BII+3% KCl+1.0%NaOH.The viscosity,suspension performance,gel breaking and damage ratio of core sample permeability of fracturing fluid were evaluated by rheometer and core displacement device according to SY/T5107-2005.The test results showed that the anionic surfactant fracturing fluid has good shear resistance,and the temperature tolerance was as higher than 80 ℃.The viscosity of fracturing fluids after gel breaking is under 5 mPa·s,the damage ratio of core sample permeability is below 10.0%,which is beneficial to flow back after construction of fracturing fluid.
