摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液在主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年2月-2015年2月收治的44例主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组（20例）和观察组（24例）。对照组给予10%葡萄糖注射液,观察组给予参麦注射液。比较两组术前、术后30 min、术后24 h、术后72 h的氧合指数以及临床疗效、辅助通气时间、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后30 min、术后24 h、术后72 h的氧合指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的总有效率和并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组的辅助通气时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参麦注射液在主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术中的应用效果显著,能够提高氧合指数,减少辅助通气时间,有利于术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Shenmai injection in endovascular graft exclusion of patient with aortic dissection. Methods 44 patients with aortic dissection underwent endovascular graft exclusion from February 2010 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group（20 cases） and the observation group（24 cases）.The control group was given 10% glucose injection,the observation group was given Shenmai injection.The oxygenation index before and after operation for 30 min,24 h and 72 h,clinical effect,assisted ventilation time and the incidence rate of complication in the two groups was compared. Results The oxygenation index after operation for 30 min,24 h and 72 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate and the incidence rate of complication between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）.The time of assisted ventilation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of Shenmai injection in endovascular graft exclusion of patient with aortic dissection is significant,which can enhance the oxygenation index,reduce assisted ventilation time,it is helpful to postoperative recovery,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
