摘要
全科医师规范化培训是我国培养高质量全科医师的主要途径,目前普遍存在受重视的程度不高、接受规范化培训住院医水平参差不齐等问题,培训基地和师资也存在着与专科医师规范化培训不同的特点,电子病历系统可加强对参加全科医师规范化培训住院医的培养和监管,对住院医完成管理患者和临床技能操作数量和质量、确保按照轮转安排进行轮转和考核、带教教师进行考核等功能,并通过云平台实现对社区基地培训的远程监控。通过采取一系列的保障措施,用电子病历对规范化培训全程进行监管,有助于提高和保证培训效果。
