摘要
数学竞赛不但可以选拔具有良好数学素质的优秀人才,而且可以促进提升教师的教学水平。结合外校经验与自身教学体会,指出了推进数学竞赛工作的意义,分析了数学竞赛工作的现状,从学生、教师、学校三个层面提出推进数学竞赛工作的对策,以供参考。
The Chinese Mathematics Competition not only can help to select the potential outstanding talents with good mathematical quality, but also can promote the teachers" teaching level. Based on the experience of the author in other universities and the author's teaching activity, the significance of the competition is stated, current situation is analyzed and possible measures are provided, in order to provide reference for the related studies.
