摘要
目的:研究朱唇的体外抑菌作用。方法:用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法考察朱唇对供试菌的抑菌作用。结果:朱唇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和化脓性链球菌有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,对伤寒沙门菌的抑菌作用最强;乙酸乙酯部位抑菌作用最好。结论:朱唇提取物中存在丰富的抑菌活性物质,为寻找新抑菌药物提供物质基础。
Objective: To study the bacteriostatic action of Salvia coccinea L. Methods: The bacteriostatic action of Salvia coccinea L. on test organisms were studied by the oxlbrd cup method and tube double dilution method. Results: The extracts of Salvia coccinea L. had different degree of bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus, typhoid sah'nonella, candida albicans, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus epidermis and s. pyogenes. Conclusion: Diverse antibacterial natural products exist in Salvia coccinea L. extracts, which provide a basis for developing new antibacterial drug.
