摘要
目的:研究朱唇的体外抑菌作用。方法:用牛津杯法和二倍稀释法考察朱唇对供试菌的抑菌作用。结果:朱唇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和化脓性链球菌有不同程度的抑制作用。其中,对伤寒沙门菌的抑菌作用最强;乙酸乙酯部位抑菌作用最好。结论:朱唇提取物中存在丰富的抑菌活性物质,为寻找新抑菌药物提供物质基础。
Objective： To study the bacteriostatic action of Salvia coccinea L. Methods： The bacteriostatic action of Salvia coccinea L. on test organisms were studied by the oxlbrd cup method and tube double dilution method. Results： The extracts of Salvia coccinea L. had different degree of bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus, typhoid sah＇nonella, candida albicans, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus epidermis and s. pyogenes. Conclusion： Diverse antibacterial natural products exist in Salvia coccinea L. extracts, which provide a basis for developing new antibacterial drug.
