芦笋秸秆提取物对育成蛋鸡血液免疫生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验选用体重相近的9周龄健康蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只鸡,饲喂期为9周。其中Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加芦笋秸秆提取物5、7.5、10、12.5 g·kg^(-1)。结果表明,12周龄,Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组尿素显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组免疫球蛋白G水平显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅳ组免疫球蛋白A水平显著提高(P<0.05);15周龄,Ⅳ、Ⅴ组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著提高(P<0.05);18周龄,Ⅱ组尿素氮显著下降(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅳ组Ig A水平显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅴ组Ig M水平显著提高(P<0.05)。试验表明,芦笋秸秆提取物能提高育成期蛋鸡免疫性能及改善血液生化指标,推荐添加量为10 g·kg^(-1)。 Selected one hundred and fifty 9 week old healthy laying hens with similar weight, randomly divided into 5 groups(n=5). Group Ⅰ, as a control group, was fed with basal diet, other experimental groups were respectively fed with 5, 7.5, 10 and 12.5 g · kg^(-1)of asparagus stalks extract in basal diet. After 9 weeks, at the age of 12 weeks old, while urea in group Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly decreased(P0.05), the lg G level in group Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴand lg A level in group Ⅱand Ⅳ were significantly raised(P0.05); At the age of 15 weeks old, high density lipoprotein cholesterol in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ were increased significantly(P0.05); At the age of 18 weeks old, the urea in group Ⅱ were increased significantly(P0.05), Ig A level in group Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ig M level in group Ⅱ,Ⅴ were incresed significantly(P0.05). Dietary asparagus stalks extract could improve immunity performance and promoted the blood biochemical indices. The extract optimal dosage was 10 g · kg^(-1).
