摘要
演构建了长江上游地区商贸流通业发展的综合评价指标体系, 基于全局主成分分析法, 利用2005～2013年的面板数据, 对商贸流通业发展情况及演进趋势进行了综合评价.结果表明 长江上游地区商贸流通业总体发展趋势向好, 但地区间非均衡性特征明显.下-步, 各省市要完善跨省市商贸流通业合作机制, 加强流通业基础设施建设, 构建区域商贸流通网络, 从而带动地区经济的持续发展.
The article establishes a GPCA-model-based assessment index system of the business circulation industry in the upper reaches of theYangtze River. Using the panel data of 2005 to 2013, and evaluates the development of the business circulation industry in upper reaches of theYangtze River. The results show that the overall development trend in upper reaches of the Yangtze River is positive , but the unbalance betweenthese regions is obvious. Therefore, in the next step, related provinces and cities should improve the across provincial commerce cooperationmechanism, strengthen circulation infrastructure construction, construct regional commerce and trade circulation network, thus promote thesustainable development of regional economy.
