全身麻醉的肺损伤及其保护策略 被引量:6

摘要 全身麻醉导致的肺不张,以及使用机械通气、液体管理、药物等可能引发或加重肺损伤。肺保护策略旨在减轻这种损伤,主要参考急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的治疗方法,但是否有益于全身麻醉患者尚存争议,以下对此作一综述。
