摘要
结合北京市轨道交通导向标识系统的实施经验,探讨城市轨道交通导向标识系统的建设管理。阐明导向标识维持正常运转、引导紧急疏散、提供无障碍导向的基本职能,阐述导向标识的服务范围、表现形式及其相关标准,探讨导向标识各种设计与工程招标的优劣,分析导向标识建设管理过程中面临的技术、管理、运营、法律与政治风险,提出动态化、常态化的轨道交通导向标识建设管理理念,探讨导向标识的发展趋势,从导向标识系统的信息表达以及导向标识的电子化、智能化方面进行展望。
Signage and wayfinding system is an important part of urban rail transit system. The construction management of the signage and wayfinding system was discussed based on the implementation experiment of Beijing subway. Fundamental functions, including maintaining normal operation, guiding emergency evacuation and providing accessibility information, the services copes, the forms, as wel as the relevant standards, were firstly introduced. Then the advantage and disadvantage of different forms of designand engineering bidding were discussed. The technical,management, operational, legal and political risks of the construction management of the signage and way finding system were analyzed, and a dynamic and normalization construction management philosophy was proposed. At the end of the paper, theelectronic and intel igent development trends of the signage and wayfinding system were discussed.
