摘要
对玻璃微珠复合聚氨酯(GSPU)深水保温管进行节点补口过程中出现的节点材料与主体保温层粘接中存在的问题进行研究,分析了补口材料浇注聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)与GSPU粘接性能差的原因。提出了解决该问题的几种方案,包括GSPU表面处理、节点粘接表面预热、刷涂底涂剂和改变浇注模具结构等,模拟研究和性能测试验证效果良好。
The bonding problem between field joint material and main insulation layer in the field joint instal- lation technology of hollow glass microsphere syntactic polyurethane (GSPU) deep water wet insulation pipe was studied. The reasons for poor bonding performance of casted polyurethane elastomer(CPU) and GSPU insulation material were analyzed. The several improvement methods were put forward, including surface treatment of GSPU, preheating and treated with primer of GSPU bonding surface, structure of mould changing, etc. The results showed that these methods had a good effect.
