摘要
EPC总承包模式以单个总承包企业为工程建设主体,将工程设计、采购、施工等环节全部交由总承包企业负责,所以合同管理是EPC总承包模式下的重要内容,对建筑工程的质量保障有着极大意义。基于EPC总承包模式的特性,工程合同会涉及到多种内容,每一项内容都会对工程的顺利建设产生重大影响,所以加强合同管理具有极大必要性。本文主要以EPC总承包模式下的合同管理作为研究对象,对目前我国合同管理中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并提出了一些提高EPC总承包项目管理水平的建议。
EPC general contracting mode of general contracting enterprise in a single main body construction,engineering design,procurement,construction and other aspects of all the responsibility of general contracting enterprises,so the contract management is an important content of the EPC general contracting mode,the quality assurance of construction engineering has a great significance.Based on the characteristics of EPC general contracting model,engineering contract will involve a variety of content,each will have a significant impact on the successful construction of the project,so to strengthen contract management is of great necessity.This paper mainly to the contract management of EPC general contracting mode as the research object,on the problems existing in the present contract management in our country are In depth analysis,and put forward some suggestions to improve the management level of EPC general contract project.
