摘要
新型全螺栓单边梁柱节点连接方式能够方便地将方形钢管柱与H形钢梁进行连接,具有现场安装方便,造价经济,变形能力和抗震性能均较好的优点,是轻钢结构中较为理想的连接方式。进行了两个柱壁厚度不同的方形钢管柱分别与H形钢梁组合节点的低周反复加载试验,研究了柱壁厚度对此类节点破坏形态以及抗震性能的影响,分析了节点的受力全过程,以及荷载-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和耗能能力等抗震性能指标;同时结合现行规范,评价节点的刚性和延性。研究表明,柱壁厚度对节点承载力、刚度和耗能性能均有一定影响,新型连接方式的方形钢管柱节点属于半刚性全强度连接节点,具有良好的抗震性能和安全可靠的连接,延性较好。
Connecting square steel tubular columns and H-shaped steel beams can form a new type all-bolt connection.This new type all-bolt connection is convenient and low cost in construction.Also,this connection has better deformation and seismic performance in the structure.Experiments are carried out on two joint specimens under low-cycle reverse loading.The failure modes and seismic behavior are studied for these joint specimens with different column wall thicknesses.The load-displacement hysteretic curves and skeleton curves,degradation of stiffness,and energy dissipation are analyzed.Also,the connection rigidity and ductility are evaluated by using current design standards.The results show that column wall thickness affects loading capacities,stiffness and energy dissipation of the connection.This new type of joint can be classified as semi-rigid full strength connection and has excellent and reliable seismic performance and good ductility.
