摘要
目的探讨适宜的护理指导在核磁共振增强成像检查中的应用。方法选择初次进行核磁共振(MRI)增强成像检查的患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组在检查过程中给予适宜护理指导,对照组给予常规护理措施。结果观察组SCL-90评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组,一次性成功率、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对行MRI动态增强扫描的患者给予适宜的护理指导,能有效改善患者恐惧紧张心理,提高检查效率,降低不良反应率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application of appropriate nursing instruction in during magnetic remnance imaging （MRI） scans. Methods A total of 120 patients with initial scan of MRI were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 60） and control group （ n = 60）. The ob- servation group was given appropriate nursing instructions for scanning. Results Observation group achieved lower score of symptom check list - 90 and incidence of adverse reaction （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01） ,higher success ratio and satisfaction rate（P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01） compared with the control group. Conclusion Appropriate nursing instruction can improve the efficacy and satisfaction rate during MRI scans.
