摘要
目的探讨急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者的护理风险及对策。方法收集2009年8月—14年7月收治的60例老年危重患者临床资料,分析在此期间发生的医疗事故和纠纷情况,系统性评价在护理过程中存在的风险,同时提出相关解决策略。结果分析显示III级医疗事故发生概率最高,和护士法律意识淡薄有关;I级医疗事故发生和缺少护理专业性技能相关。结论强化院内急诊室护理人员责任心,提升职业素养与法律意识,与患者及其家属进行有效沟通,对降低急诊室护理风险意义重大。
Objective To discuss the risks factors of nursing care in aged critical ill patients at emergency observing room and related countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 60 aged critical ill patients were retrospectively analyzed , and the potential risk factors during nursing care were investigate . Results Findings showed that the level III medical accidents, with highest inci- dence rate, can be explained by low awareness of law. The level I medical accidents were related to lack of professional skills. Conclusion It is required to enhance the responsibihly and improve legal consciousness of nursing staffs, as well as improving better communication.
