摘要
本文基于工具范式,探讨了联盟程序公平作为评估和提升分配公平的工具效应,以及分配公平在程序公平与合作绩效之间的中介作用,提出契约执行与共享愿景对程序公平与合作绩效之间关系的调节效应是被分配公平中介的调节效应。基于205家企业的双份数据(Two Key Informants)进行检验,结果证实了程序公平对分配公平的提升效应,以及分配公平在程序公平与合作绩效之间的部分中介作用。此外,契约执行会负向调节程序公平与分配公平之间的关系,契约执行对程序公平与合作绩效之间的负向调节效应部分通过了分配公平中介作用的传递;共享愿景正向调节程序公平与分配公平之间的关系,但是共享愿景对程序公平与合作绩效之间的关系没有产生直接的调节效应,从而共享愿景对程序公平的调节效应也不会通过分配公平的中介作用影响合作绩效。
In recent years, research on alliance justices has typically focused on the independent and interactive roles of procedural justice and distributive justice in strategic alliance. Drawing on the instrumentality paradigm, we discuss that procedural justice is instrumental in evaluating and improving distributive justice, thus a mediating role of distributive justice should exist between procedural justice and alliance performance. Furthermore, alliance justice researchers have regarded procedural justice and distributive justice as formal structural elements in alliance,and suggested that the impacts of justices on alliance performance are contingent on formal and informal alliance governance mechanisms. However, little work has examined the moderating impacts of governance mechanisms on the relationships between justices and alliance performance, and whether distributive justice mediates the moderating effects of governance mechanisms in the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance is not discerned yet. Based on justice theory and alliance governance research, this study distinguishes the moderating role of formal contract application from the moderating role of informal shared vision,and proposes that distributive justice mediates the moderating effects of contract application and shared vision in the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance. Results from 205 Chinese firms show that:(1) procedural justice has positive effect on distributive justice, and distributive justice partially mediates the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance;(2) contract application negatively moderates the positive relationship between procedural justice and distributive justice, and distributive justice partially mediates the moderating effect of contract application in the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance; and(3) shared vision positively moderates the positive relationship between procedural justice and distributive justice, but the moderating role of shared vision on the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance does not exist, thus distributive justice does not mediate the moderating effect of shared vision in the relationship between procedural justice and alliance performance.
