摘要
为解决经济下行、产能过剩、地方债务平台高筑等问题,对新常态背景下的中国经济进行分析。通过分析经济新常态的特点、基本内涵,指出新常态下如何打造中国经济升级版的策略,即我国要注重中高速经济的发展和结构调整的优化,同时也要结合创新驱动的经济发展,充分调动新常态经济发展中的潜力和积极因素,以期在现代化国家治理发展方向中,逐渐创建新常态发展的新格局、新局面,实现中国经济的升级版改造。
In order to solve the downward pressure on the economy,overcapacity,local debt platform building and other issues,this paper analyzes China＇s economic under the new normal background. It puts forward how to build China economy upgrade strategy by analyzing the basic connotation of the new normal characteristics,the new economic norm,that is,our country should not only focus on development and Optimization in the high- speed economic structure adjustment,but also combine with innovation- driven economic development,the new normal economic development potential and fully mobilize the positive factors,with a view to the modernization of the country control the direction of development,and gradually create a new pattern of development of a new norm,a new situation,to achieve an upgraded version of the transformation of China＇s economy.
