摘要
收集三家不同企业、不同牌号、不同批次的再造烟叶产品,采用常规方法测定再造烟叶产品理化指标。利用方差分析及偏最小二乘判别分析对其理化指标进行分析。结果表明,三家企业再造烟叶产品在氯、总糖、烟碱、还原糖、总氮、定量、厚度、填充值、抗张强度、热水可溶物及松厚度上具有显著差异;同一企业不同牌号的产品的理化指标同样具有差异性。研究结果为卷烟产品不断提高再造烟叶使用比例提供数据支撑,同时指导配方人员针对性选择适宜于卷烟的再造烟叶产品,对掌握同一产品的质量稳定性及不同产品间的质量差异、提高卷烟均质化、减害降焦及节约烟叶原料,提升卷烟综合品质具有重要意义。
Collecting the reconstituted tobacco products with different brands and batches from three suppliers, the chemical and physical index results were obtained by using routine method. The data was studied using variance analysis and least square analysis, results showed that the reconstituted tobacco of three suppliers had obvious difference in chloride, total sugar, nicotine, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, substance weight, thickness, filling power, bursting strength, hot water soluble and incompactness; Different products from the same suppliers also had difference. The results provided the data support for increasing the introduction rate of reconstituted tobacco to cigarette, and guiding blend recipe staff select optimum reconstituted tobacco, also had important meaning to get the stability of same products, quality difference of different products, improved homogenization of cigarette and harm reduction, save tobacco leaf.
